Yes! Like other industries, our materials, when used correctly, have an expected lifespan and result. Unfortunately, there are multiple facets to successful pest management. You must have the right solutions in the right place at the right time, for the right pests. If all those things don’t result in the progress we want, we will definitely be back out. Some work, like exclusions, we warranty for a year or more. Others are warrantied for 30 days at a minimum. We are happy to review those expectations and warranties before we get started.

We should say yes here! But, NO! you don’t need pest control every month. Many commercial properties need service more than monthly. Residential homes often need pest services 4-7 times a year, with a boost throughout the warmer months to keep down mosquitos and other flying pests. This is why our GA Plan is so popular. What signs you should look for depend largely on what pest you are worried about. We are happy to perform a FREE inspection. There is a charge for a termite inspection, which includes the Wood-Destroying Insect (WDI) form to meet lending requirements for real-estate transactions. In some instances, or for some who might be more sensitive, extra precautions can be taken. This could be via treatment methods or leaving the premises for a bit.
